Rental Information

The DelRay Ballroom is a beautiful and completely unique facility available for a variety of events such as receptions, proms, and formals, as well as, business meetings, seminars, and private parties. Conveniently located in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket and Entertainment District and within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants, hotels, and retail, The DelRay's striking interior design, brilliant hardwood floors and rustic brick walls set it apart from all other event locations in town.

Offering 7,000 square feet that can be divided or used in its entirety, the facility can hold a maximum of 325 seated and 600 standing. For smaller groups, individual sections easily accomodate from 40 to 80 people. Sections can be rented seperately or in combination with one another.

Conference equipment, such as a podium, microphone and PA system, projector and screen is available at no extra charge. Catering, bar service, and disc jockey are offered for an additional fee.

The DelRay Ballroom and Lounge is a smoke free facility.

Daytime Rentals Starts at $70 per hour and is dependent upon the length and attendance of your event.  The maximum cost for any one day event is $625.

Annette's Catering and Premier Catering are the exclusive food and beverage caterers for The DelRay. Dance Instruction

The teaching staff of The DelRay will be happy to add an unusual touch to your event by providing some light-hearted instruction during lecture breaks entertaining your guests. With rental, an hours group instruction time is only $75.00. The Dance Lesson page gives more detailed information regarding all types of lessons offered at The DelRay.

All Inclusive Wedding Package

To simplify your wedding experience, The DelRay Ballroom is pleased to offer a package that we believe encompasses all your needs. This includes the following:

  • Rental of the facility
  • The DelRay event coordinator staffed during your event
  • All tables and chairs as shown on the floorplan
  • Head table, guest book table, gift table, and cake table
  • White or Ivory linens. (Other colors available)
  • Set up and tear down of tables, chairs, and linens
  • Set up of table decorations
  • Free use of votive candle holders or rose bowls
  • The DelRay's Disc Jockey Service
  • Complementary champagne toast for the head table
  • Gift Certificate for either two private dance lessons or an 8-week group session to be taken prior to the event
  • Cleaning of The DelRay after the event
